Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Accepted Cards: Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment.

Transaction Currency: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card’s currency.

Prohibited Countries: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries, including Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.

Records: Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and all applicable policies and rules published on https://www.knitfit.ae.

5. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable VAT.

6. Orders & Confirmation

Orders are processed securely through our website.

Once payment is successful, customers will receive an email confirmation containing order details and receipt.

KnitFit reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
7. Shipping & Delivery Policy
KnitFit delivers products within the UAE and internationally using third-party courier services.
UAE Delivery

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days.

Rate: AED 24 for orders below AED 350.

Free Shipping: Orders above AED 350.
GCC & International Delivery

Delivery Time: 3–10 working days, depending on destination.

Rate: Displayed at checkout (additional handling or customs fees may apply).

Customs: Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or delays caused by customs clearance.
Proof of Delivery
All shipments are tracked and confirmed upon delivery through our trusted courier partners. KnitFit (FZE) retains proof of delivery records for verification and customer service purposes.
Avoid delivery delays by providing a complete address and valid contact details.
8. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, leggings, sports bras, and sets cannot be returned if worn or tried on.

Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Once approved, we will provide return or pickup instructions.

After inspection, refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable.

KnitFit reserves the right to refuse returns if products are used, not in original condition, damaged, or tampered with.
9. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Return shipping charges may apply.
10. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
